When producing a design, WHAT you print it ON could be as impactful as the design/printing itself. C7 designed and produced the D5 Substrate Book as a tool for designers/customers to utilizing when looking for unique substrate options to print their graphics on.
It's a 8"x 8", 26 page catalog. The cover is heavy black vinyl stock. The 11 inside leafs were all produced using large-output printers on variable substrates: Supreme gloss, Supreme matte, gloss vinyl, pressure sensitive, scrim vinyl, polythane, poly weave, canvas, gloss canvas, one-way window perf and the last inside page was an equipment list and "common large-output uses" printed on Kromecote using the Kodak NexPress. We placed a label (also produced on the Kodak NexPress) on the vinyl cover. The cover was then scored, 2-hole punched and bound using Chicago screws.
